HCE, LLC located in Manhattan, New York, provides Medicaid eligibility services to the New York city metropolitan area. The firm’s clients range from independent health care providers to major medical systems. 

Current open positions include:

  • Medicaid Field Representative

We are seeking an experienced health care professional to travel to potential Medicaid applicants' home residence to assist them in securing documentation and applying for Medicaid. You will work in the field approximately four days per week and in the office one day.

 

Duties include:
-Telephone calls to contact potential Medicaid applicant;
-Contact family members/friends to verify/obtain;

 correct address of applicant;
-Travel to applicant's residence and assisting in Medicaid application;
-Coordinate application process with representatives in office;
-Document all communications and phases of application process

  • Medicaid Eligibility Representative

We are seeking an experienced Medicaid health care professional to work full-time at our client hospital located in Nassau University Community Hospital, Nassau County, Long Island. Primary responsibility for the development and preparation of Medicaid applications and submission to local Social Security District offices.
 

Duties include:
-Contacting patients either in-hospital or after discharge to explain

 the basic eligibility requirements for Medicaid;

-Assist in the application process;
-Secure required documentation from the patient and hospital;
-Complete all Medicaid forms and submits applications;
-Enter all information into computer system

  • Client Service Representative

 REQUIREMENTS

Experience with Medicaid and the application process; valid driver's license and (if personal vehicle is used, tolls, mileage and parking fees paid, or a company vehicle is provided); knowledge of New York City metropolitan Area. Bilingual (English Spanish) is preferred.
